Highland Green is an older neighborhood that used to be reasonably nice-ish, but it's really starting to show its age, there's also a lot of apartment / condo + duplex/fourplex housing nearby. Its not "bad", but its far from the nicest place in Red Deer. Reply More replies. imsosorryeh. •.
